Sharon Brassington Based in Warwickshire, Sharon is an experienced Family Solicitor with over 14 years experience in all aspects of Family Law.
Sharon has worked for the majority of her career in Coventry and Warwickshire and has become highly respected for her work in Family Law by clients, colleagues and other professionals alike.
Her membership of the Family Law Panel is testament to her providing clients with quality legal advice coupled with excellent customer service. She has a wide range of experience dealing in divorce, cohabite disputes, finances and children issues on divorce and separation and obtaining injuctions to protect against domestic violence. Not only does she assist clients in difficult family disputes, she also advises clients upon their legl rights prior to marriage or cohabitation and deals with the drafting of prenuptial agreements and cohabitation contracts.
Sharons membership of Resolution, a national group of Family Solicitors, ensures that she endeavours to resolve any Family Law issue through negotiation in an amicable way and avoid Court proceedings if at all possible. Being a parent herself, she understands and appreciates the need for family disputes, particularly involving children, to be resolved with minimal conflict to ensure parents can still communicate with each other in the future for the sake of their children. She is also a trained collaborative lawyer.
Although her aim is to try and resolve disputes without the need for Court proceedings, Sharon is still an excellent advocate and has a vast knowledge and experience of Court proceedings. She has achieved many successful outcomes for clients who have been involved in Court cases.

Outside of her work as a lawyer, Sharon spends her time with her husband and two young children. Her family enjoys swimming and cycling together.
